Your day-to-day will be networking and forming relationships with some of the most sought-after financial professionals in London: placing them into top roles within Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Prop Trading Firms.

What this company can offer: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Base Salary of £28k
* Commission structure that goes up to 40% with NO threshold
* Expect to earn up to £50k in your first year alone
* 2 days WFH once you reach probation

What the role entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Become an expert in the Finance space and map the market
* Form relationships with impressive finance professionals, and clients
* Headhunt top candidates
* Attend client meetings, network and build connections with stakeholders
* Manage the end-to-end interview process
* Contract & salary negotiation: get that deal done!
What you need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* A degree from a Russell Group university
* Commercial work experience, sales is a bonus!
* Ambitious & driven
* Motivated by earning as much as you can
* Competitive nature, ideally have played sports growing up
