Rhinox Group is a manufacturing business supplying products globally. We are looking to recruit a Supply Chain & Quality Administrator to support the accurate administration of supply chain and quality activities across the business. This role is focused on data accuracy, system maintenance, and process discipline. It is well suited to someone who is organised, methodical, and conscientious in their work. Previous supply chain or quality experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided. The role is based at the Rhinox Group head office in North Newbald and works closely with the Buyer, Supply Chain Manager and Quality function. Key Activities/Elements: Supply Chain Administration Raise and maintain purchase orders in line with agreed pricing, quantities, and requirements. Enter and maintain supplier pricing on relevant systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. Issue pricing files to suppliers and maintain active pricing records. Support the administration of quotation analysis, including data entry and comparison. Process and reconcile raw material invoices against purchase orders and agreed pricing. Assign and input serial numbers on purchase orders and issue these to suppliers to maintain traceability. Maintain exchange rates, shipping costs and raw material prices within systems and spreadsheets. Amend purchase orders where required, including pricing updates or transferring items between orders while retaining serial number traceability System and Product Data Administration Maintain Business Central product data, including supplier details, MOQs, lead times, and stocking indicators, as released by the R&D team. Ensure system data remains aligned and accurate across BC, Netstock and supporting spreadsheets. Quality and KPI Administration Maintain supply chain and quality KPI data for reporting purposes. Issue quality KPI reports to suppliers in line with agreed reporting cycles. Gather quality data from the India Quality Manager for inclusion in KPI reporting. Collaboration and Support Work with the Buyer and Supply Chain Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks relating to suppliers. Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, complete and clearly communicated. What We Will Train You On: Our supply chain processes and how purchase orders are structured and managed. Use of Business Central, Netstock, Ninety, Power BI, and supporting systems. Supplier pricing structures, quotation analysis and raw material cost tracking. Serial number control and traceability requirements. Quality KPIs, reporting expectations, and supplier communication standards. How supply chain and quality data supports wider business decision-making.
