The ideal candidate is confident in preparing pleadings, court bundles, HMCTS e-filing, and has a stable employment history that demonstrates dedication and reliability. Are you the right person for the job?
* Demonstrable experience supporting commercial/corporate litigation cases in the UK
* History of stable employment, no frequent moves between law firms or predominantly locum work
* Proficiency with:
o Microsoft Teams
o SharePoint
o Time recording software
o Legal technology platforms, including AI and remote working tools
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* Ability to work fully remotely with self-motivation
* Strong adaptability to technology and remote working tools
* Excellent virtual collaboration skills
What will your role look like?
* Take instructions and draft initial documents
* Prepare pleadings, court bundles, and complete HMCTS e-filing
* Liaise effectively with clients and counsel
* Handle file opening, compliance admin, and client care correspondence
* Diarise deadlines and closely track case progress
* Work collaboratively and efficiently in a remote environment
