Key Responsibilities
* Support pre‑sales activities including surveys and technical proposals.
* Install, configure, and integrate enterprise security systems including CCTV, VMS, access control, analytics, and intercoms.
* Lead commissioning activities, testing, optimisation, and validation of system performance.
* Produce all technical documentation, test scripts, and as-built records.
* Deliver customer training and support successful handover.
* Provide early‑life and post‑implementation support for deployed systems.
Core Competencies And Skills
* Experienced with enterprise VMS and access control platforms.
* Strong understanding of IP networking and infrastructure.
* Skilled in reading technical drawings and documentation.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Proven experience installing and commissioning enterprise security systems.
* Experience with major VMS and access control platforms.
* Strong IT and networking knowledge.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Vendor certifications (Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, Gallagher, etc.).
* Relevant site safety certifications.
* Experience in data‑centre or critical‑infrastructure environments.
