Job Description:
Proppa House Ltd is seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales & Partnerships professional with a proven background in UK real estate. This role is ideal for someone with at least five years’ experience working with estate agency networks, especially in major hubs such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, or Leeds.
This position is remote for an initial period of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and establish partnerships with estate agents, landlords, and real estate firms in the UK
* Lead onboarding conversations with property listers and partners
* Drive user acquisition and contribute to early-stage growth strategies
* Provide weekly reports and insights to management
* Represent Proppa House professionally with deep market insight
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or business development within the UK
* Strong understanding of the estate agency landscape in London, Manchester, or Liverpool
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working independently in a startup environment
* Based in the UK and available to work remotely during the internship
