Production Manager - Agency-side - Retail/Experiential - London - On Site

Profiles Creative are hiring for a Production Studio in London that are known for their ambitious builds in the retail space. Due to growth, we're looking for a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager to join their bustling, state of the art studio, for an on site role. We're looking for someone that has experience working as part of an in house production studio, ideally within an agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver multiple production projects from start to finish
* Build and manage timelines that keep teams and suppliers on track
* Schedule and coordinate in-house staff and freelance talent
* Handle sourcing and procurement for all production materials
* Grow and maintain a trusted network of makers, freelancers, and suppliers
* Ensure top-tier quality control across all deliverables
* Keep all projects compliant with H&S and RAMS requirements
* Align workshop activity with production deadlines
* Manage admin tasks like POs, supplier comms, and timesheets
* Spot inefficiencies and improve workflows to boost output
* Stay ahead of new tools, materials, and fabrication trends
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of production or workshop management experience, CAD is highly desirable
* Retail sector experience is highly desirable
* Solid knowledge of materials, build methods, and fabrication processes
* Sharp scheduling and coordination skills
* Confident budgeting and cost estimating on large-scale projects
* Familiar with Synergist or other project management tools
* Strong admin game – POs, expenses, and scheduling
* Up-to-date with H&S and RAMS best practices
* Calm problem-solver with a proactive mindset
* Excellent communicator across teams, suppliers, and freelancers
We're looking for someone in the experiential space that has production process knowledge, driving procurement, project management and hands on build methods. You'll have in house production studio experience and ideally have working knoweldge of the retail sector, although that's not entirely essential.
