You’ll play a key role in supporting end users while gaining exposure to infrastructure,pliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will be to: -
1. Deliver 1st & 2nd line support across office and shop-floor environments
2. Assist with Microsoft 365 & Active Directory administration
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
4. Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and permissions
5. Support a range of devices including PCs, laptops and mobile devices
6. Provide a high level of customer service and user training
7. Device Management and patching
8. Support IT Security, Audit andpliance
If you possess abination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
9. Experience in IT support or service desk roles
10. Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
11. Experience supporting end users, devices and applications
12. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
13. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices (MFA, patching, endpoint protection)
14. Strongmunication and user-focused mindset
Knowledge of the following is advantageous but not essential: –
15. Exposure to audits orpliance requirements
16. Experience with endpoint security or patch management tools
17. ERP or manufacturing environment experience
18. Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
