Job Title: Senior Insight Analyst
Reporting to: Chief Data & AI Officer
Location: Hybrid – Home based, with occasional travel to a Newcross Office.
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 pa + 10% Annual Bonus

You know exactly when to expedite analysis and when it's time to delve deeper, and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo. Your hands-on experience with tech products— platforms, apps or websites—using tools like Firebase, Pendo, and Google Analytics sets you apart. Proficient in Python, SQL, and Excel, you're adept at wrangling complex datasets, and your expertise extends to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

What will you do?
As a Senior Insight Analyst at Newcross Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in improving our business by providing data-driven actionable insights. You will be helping ensure our 350 operational colleagues are talking to the right customers and staff about the right things, at the best times, in the right way. You will be analysing data related to our temporary staffing proposition (both customers and staff), identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the operational and management teams in making informed decisions.
* Analyse performance data, including usage, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
* Use statistical and data analysis tools to extract insights from various data sources.
* Collaborate with operational colleagues, to understand insight requirements and objectives.
* Identify trends and patterns to help improve how we drive more business.
* Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis and research.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational success.
* Shape operational OKRs ensuring the best metrics are being driven.
* Prepare and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies to provide recommendations.
