Role Description
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Management Accountant to join our commercial property management team 5 days a week, on a full or part‑time basis.
You’ll play a key part in managing financial operations across our property portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and excellent communication with the team.
This position is an on‑site role located in Taunton.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain service charge accounts and reconciliations
* Collaborate with the wider team to deliver accurate and timely financial information
* Collate carbon footprint data to support ESG reporting
* Liaise with property managers and respond to tenant queries
You’ll need
* Experience in property management accounting or service charge accounting
* Good communication & organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence working independently
* Experience in the commercial property industry preferable
