Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' learning experience
* Monitor and assess students' progress regularly to adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Organisational skills to track student progress and manage resources effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certifications in Special Education
* Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting in South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
