About The Role
As a Product Manager for the Myproduct Toolkit at Tesco Technology, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings. This role is key in developing and executing our product vision and strategy, aligning it with our business objectives.
You will work with stakeholders to set priorities, write user stories, manage backlogs, and lead discovery efforts. Your advocacy for customers and data-driven decision-making will be vital as you collaborate with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Partnering with peers and senior stakeholders to define and drive the product's strategic direction within the broader business roadmap.
* Identifying key user personas, understanding their needs and challenges.
* Owning product performance and adoption to meet goals and milestones.
* Creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria and working with engineering to decompose initiatives into manageable tasks.
* Leading sprint and release planning to ensure timely delivery of features.
* Resolving live product issues, prioritizing fixes, and communicating updates.
* Driving the adoption of new ideas and continuous improvement across teams.
* Applying Agile principles throughout the product lifecycle to deliver ongoing value.
What You Need
* Experience applying UX/UI principles to develop intuitive, user-friendly products.
* Understanding of diverse user personas and their interactions with the product.
* Ability to formulate hypotheses and collaborate on experiments.
* Strong analytical skills for assessing product success and identifying improvements.
* Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks aligned with strategic goals.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.
