Legacy Administration Manager
Location: Peterborough (hybrid working available)
Position: Full time, 37.5 hrs/week (part‑time considered). Salary £39,000 - £45,000 FTE, depending on experience. Contract: Permanent.

Responsibilities
* Maximise and secure legacy income for Kidney Research UK.
* Ensure timely, sensitive and accurate receipt of funds while protecting the charity’s interests and reputation.
* Manage a varied caseload of legacies, from pecuniary gifts to complex residuary estates and occasionally contentious cases.
* Make decisions on complex issues using a solid understanding of inheritance tax and estate accounts.
* Handle sensitive conversations with compassion, diplomacy and professionalism.
* Remain resilient under pressure.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in charity legacy administration.
* Strong knowledge of inheritance tax, estate accounts.
* Decision‑making ability on complex issues.
* Resilient under pressure with excellent communication skills.
