The client
You will be joining a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency that's investing heavily in its commercial team. Known for delivering results-driven digital solutions, they are looking for ambitious, commercially minded salespeople who love the chase, think strategically and know how to turn opportunity into revenue.
The role
You will start by doing what you do best, opening doors and creating opportunities and quickly evolve into a consultative, client-facing Business Development Manager.
Proactively winning new B2B business
High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Attending and leading face-to-face client meetings
Presenting tailored digital marketing solutions
Building and managing your own pipeline
Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
The candidate
Has a minimum of 12 months experience in new business
Has true hunter mentality
Ability to source leads and data
Thrives on targets and closing deals
A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Digital marketing experience is desirable but not essential
