Territory: South West – Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset & South Wiltshire
Package:
- £32,500 basic rising to £34,000 after 3 months
- £6,800 bonus (paid quarterly)
- Company car, laptop & mobile
- 25 days holiday

The Role – Trainee Field Sales Executive:
* A trainee field sales role with a full induction and structured training programme
* Driving sales of a high-quality range of waterproof wall panels
* Managing and developing relationships with national and independent building and plumbing merchants - both trade counters & showrooms
* Inheriting an established area with existing accounts to increase sales from
* Once settled into the role, you will also support your merchants in winning business with contractors and the social housing sector
* Clear progression into a fully-fledged field sales role
The Successful Applicant:
* Some experience within a sales or customer-facing role - merchant, showroom, retail or internal sales environment
* Personable, outgoing and confident communicating at all levels
* Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in field sales
* Interest in the KBB, interiors or construction sector
