Job Description
As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for Trainees and Instructors, assisting with licence application submissions, and handling other training-related administrative tasks.
1. Support the Training Administration team with training-related admin
2. Keep all Trainee and Instructor records up to date in Flight Logger/SharePoint
3. Monitor trainee flight hours, syllabus hours, and track additional training hours (ATA)
4. Support the CFI and facilitate flight performance reviews
5. Provide additional training hours (ATA) data to Finance for invoicing
6. Attend and record minutes for various programme meetings
7. Produce reports for other departments' use
Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry and database management
* Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external contacts
Additional Information
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 depending on relevant experience.
Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
