Due to continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a
Property Manager,
who will have responsibility for the overall management, maintenance, and presentation of serviced accommodation units to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties include property upkeep, housekeeping, minor repairs, stock management, and guest engagement through marketing efforts. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage property inventory
* Resolve minor maintenance requests where possible
* Oversee maintenance work completed by contractors (including repairs and general garden upkeep)
* Ensure standards of cleaning are of an exceptional standard
* Enhance guest experience, collating feedback and timely action of response to queries
* Be on call for any guest queries
* Support marketing and business growth through image capturing and other activities
* Support the Business Manager with reporting and adhoc projects
* Complete and maintain health and safety documentation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
* 1 - 3 years of property experience (either hospitality, housekeeping, management or similar)
* At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
* Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
* Commercial accuman
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Driving licence
Full time, 40 hours per week, hours to be flexible based on guest requirements
£30-35,000 per annum depending on experience
