We’re looking for adriven and professional Business Development Managerto join our Fleet team, specialising inSEAT and CUPRAwhile acting as a one-stop shop forall contract hire and business customerswithin your territory in the North East.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
* Develop and grow new business opportunities within your territory
* Retain and nurture relationships with existing customers
* Present tailored solutions for company car drivers, salary sacrifice schemes, car allowance users, and personal lease customers
* Confidently promote SEAT and CUPRA while offering the full Pulman Group range to meet customer needs
* Represent Pulman Group professionally at all levels, from local SMEs to corporate decision-makers
* UsePulman Business Classservices to support and engage clients, including:
* Mobile Servicing– on-site vehicle maintenance in the North East
* Dedicated Aftersales Support
* ThePulman Café– a welcoming space for businesses to meet, work, and network
What we’re looking for
* Proven business-to-business sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
* Skilled in usingdealer and brand CRMs, Outlook, and multiple brand operating systems
* Confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers at all business levels
* Strong organisational skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset
* Understanding of contract hire, leasing, and fleet solutions is advantageous
* A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term partnerships
