The Successful Applicant
A successful Inclusion Mentor should have:
10. Experience working in a not-for-profit or similar environment.
11. A strong understanding of inclusion and equality principles.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to build positive relationships with individuals and teams.
14. Organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
15. A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
