Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance coaching, with a flair for teaching and inspiring students of all ages. Duties
* Plan and deliver engaging dance training sessions tailored to various skill levels and age groups
* Organise rehearsals for upcoming performances or competitions
* Motivate and encourage students to achieve their personal best
* Maintain a safe, organised, and positive environment during all coaching activities
* Assist in the development of customised training programmes that align with students' goals
Experience
* Proven experience in coaching dance instruction, demonstrating the ability to teach effectively
* Strong background in dance styles relevant to the programme offered
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages
* Prior experience working with diverse groups, including children and adults, is preferred
* A recognised qualification in dance or coaching is advantageous but not essential; relevant experience is highly valued
