This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential services in a complex and fast-paced environment. Your new role As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and administration across all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Project Support & Administration Assist the Project Manager in developing project documentation such as schedules, budgets, scope statements, and risk registers. Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is available. Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and compliance records. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Resource & Task Coordination Support the allocation and scheduling of resources to ensure project milestones are met. Track task completion and assist in resolving any blockers or delays. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements. Support audits and quality checks as required. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced administrator/project coordinator who has the ability to prioritise workloads in an efficient manner. You will have the necessary skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, and compliance records.
