We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for a Social Housing retro-fit scheme in Bradford. The scheme consists of works on Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Cavity Walls. The project is starting ASAP and the contract is ongoing.
What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager:
* Manage daily activities for retro-fit on solar panels, loft insulation, cavity walls.
* Ensure project is completed in line with standards
* Manage subcontractors and labour teams
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Conduct daily site inspections
* Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
* Experience on social housing schemes - preferably retro-fit
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay Benefits
* Day rate
* £260 to £280 per day
* Weekly pay on a Friday
