<div><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>My client is seeking an accomplished People Adviser for a 2 month assignment. Homebased role with occiasional travel to Watford. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support all staff and managers on policies and ensure a smooth and positive experience.</li><li>Provide functional and accurate advice as part of investigations, hearings and escalation.</li><li>Utilise people and other systems in line with processes and service standards.</li><li>Retain accurate records and clear concise notes.</li><li>Maintain a coaching style and keep up‑to‑date knowledge of HR.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Support the delivery of TUPE and content for the HR Portal.</li><li>Work collaboratively as a team to ensure effective delivery.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>CIPD qualified.</li><li><b>Remote Working/Homebased - (suitable work environment is essential)</b>.</li><li>Immediate start.</li><li>All safer recruitment/pre‑employment checks must be uploaded, including Basic DBS.</li><li>Demonstrable use of Microsoft Outlook packages to support delivery of the job purpose.</li><li>Experience using systems for recording and tracking workload, recognising the importance of data and data recording.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of providing guidance and direction with HR‑related matters.</li><li>Up‑to‑date knowledge and experience of applying employment law.</li></ul><h3>EEO Statement</h3><p>Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a persons gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
