Are you passionate about making a difference for children and families affected by domestic abuse? We’re looking for a dedicated Family Help Lead Practitioner – Domestic Abuse Specialist to join our brand-new team at the Community Vision Children and Family Centre in Bromley.
In This Pivotal Role, You’ll
* Lead trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions for children and families experiencing domestic abuse.
* Act as a specialist advisor, supporting colleagues and shaping best practice across the service.
* Work closely with local partners, including Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid, DAPP providers, and MARAC representatives.
* Deliver training and contribute to the ongoing development of our Family Help workforce.
* Play a key part in Bromley’s transformation agenda for children’s services.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of domestic abuse and safeguarding, and a commitment to collaborative, multi-agency working.
