Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Pre-Sales & Delivery Consultant (Contact Centre as a Service) to join our growing practice. The role involves implementing solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring seamless integration of software developments and business processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & CCaaS, with an in-depth understanding of how the Dynamics platform is evolving and its implications for clients and teams.
They should be passionate about fostering a strong community ethic within the team and driving high performance. Collaboration skills and experience working in a global team are essential.
Responsibilities
* Assist the pre-sales team with demos and RFPs
* Champion the D365 CCaaS Product
* Possess exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 CCaaS capabilities and the broader CCaaS market
* Drive collaboration within the CCaaS internal community
* Enhance KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions' reputation in the marketplace
* Meet and exceed customer expectations in business knowledge, skills, and behavior
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
* Deep and broad knowledge of CCaaS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & CCaaS
* Business process knowledge
* Understanding of software delivery
* Strong soft skills and leadership qualities
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
* Cross-industry experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, and Consumer Markets
Experience and Background
* Experience with large-scale CCaaS implementations
* Sales experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & CCaaS
* Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
