Project Management Opportunity
Your new role involves leading the delivery of complex regeneration projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for managing project teams, establishing project plans, and collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines.
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-profile regeneration schemes, including a major town centre development project. This will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet the required standards.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to the Corporate Property Team's goals and objectives. As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will have full autonomy over your own projects, allowing you to showcase your expertise and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for regeneration and develop strategies for implementation.
* Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues, promoting effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Developing and reviewing project specifications, including drawings, reports, and other documentation.
* Contract review and negotiation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting project progress and recommendations for future action.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Degree-qualified in a property or construction-related subject, preferably with chartered status (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, CEng).
* Substantial experience in project management, preferably from a client-side or consultancy background.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
* Familiarity with funding packages and investment delivery methods, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
