Title: Retail Store Manager and Assistant Buyer Rate: £30,312.56 Hours: 37.5 We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to play a key role in our Retail team at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. You will be passionate about retail in a museum environment and manage the day to day operations as well as a customer facing, sales driven team. The successful candidate will support on buying, product development and merchangising of the Leeds store. You will provide a range of administrative support, including planning and coordination of stock ordering and deliveries and will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate commercial standards. The successful applicant will need to have experience of working in an administration role and be confident communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be an energetic individual who strives at every opportunity to delight customers by surpassing their expectations and deliver excellent customer care. You will deliver the best standard of service, expected from a national museum. We are looking for a proactive person, who can advise and support the head office functionality, working as part of the team to achieve the department’s sales targets.
