Location: Walsall/West Brom/Birmingham
Salary: £23,809.50 – £25,838.68 (DOE)
Full-time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for a passionate ISAC to join a community-based Domestic Abuse Support Service for women in the West Midlands.
Please note: You’ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
What you’ll do:
* Be the first point of contact for referrals – gathering key info to assess risk
* Support and empower victims of stalking through safety planning & advice
* Help clients recognise the dynamics of stalking and take back control of their lives
* Work closely with multi-agency partners (MASH, MARAC, safeguarding networks)
* Keep children and vulnerable adults safe by flagging concerns immediately
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
* Qualified IDVA/ISAC (or 1+ year of solid experience in the role unqualified)
* Strong experience supporting vulnerable adults & children
* Skilled in managing complex casework, from mental health to substance misuse
* A calm, resilient problem-solver who thrives under pressure
