Our mission is to ensure that every student, whatever their background, has a fulfilling experience of higher education that enriches their lives and careers.
About the role
The IT team is seeking an IT Cloud & Automation Engineer to join the Infrastructureteam. This role is key to delivering our Cloud IT services to the organisation - pivotal in building, testing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and supporting the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) of IT services and software to the organisation. The role is hands-on with technology, so you will be able to demonstrate practical experience of delivering IT operations using Azure, especially Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, Containers and automation. Ideally you will have a strong generalist background in networking and system administration, along with a good knowledge of IT security principles and their application.
