Night Shift Baker | Surbiton | Full Time | Flexible hours between 3:00 pm and 3:00 am, 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday), 45 hours per week including breaks | Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience
Our client is a traditional bakery, working with their hands, hearts and passion, using only high quality ingredients. They are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Baker with experience in baking breads, cakes, and pastries. This hands-on role requires both technical skill and the ability to work well within a team. You'll be working through the night to ensure the products are freshly baked and ready for the day ahead.
Are you the right person for the job?
Previous experience in baking breads, cakes, and pastries
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends, on a rota

A passion for traditional baking and high-quality ingredients
Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

Preparing and baking a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
Following traditional recipes and maintaining high product quality
