We're looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Support Workers to join our team at a homeless hostel supporting individuals on their journey through substance misuse recovery and beyond.
About the Role:

What We're Looking For:
Experience in support work, care, or homelessness services (but passion and empathy matter most)
Understanding of substance misuse and trauma-informed care
Strong communication and boundaries
Resilience, reliability, and the ability to think on your feet
