Pertemps are currently working for a global client based in Glasgow City Centre who have a new role for candidates who are fluent in Dutch and English. This role would suit someone who has experience in customer service from financial services, but they would also consider candidates from call centre or hospitality. The role is working hybrid, salary £27k and the benefits are fantastic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure complaints are identified, investigated and resolved promptly and fairly
2. Investigate complaints thoroughly correctly identifying root causes
3. Write Final Resolution Letters
4. Meet company’s Quality and Efficiency Standards
5. Focus on SLA’s and Regulatory timelines
6. Pipeline/Caseload management for your language skills including English
7. Work to company Standards and Frameworks.
8. Participate in the Training and Competency Framework
Qualifications
9. Previous experience in a complaint handling role
10. Fluent in Dutch
11. Fluent/Advanced English
12. Excellent Listening Skills is a must
13. High Standards of verbal and written Communication skills is a must
14. Experience in liaising with the Financial Ombudsman or other regulatory body is desirable
15. Experience of using Microsoft Office Packages
16. Insurance knowledge desirable, but not essential
