We’re looking for a soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor’s in geology, engineering geology, contaminated land, environmental sciences or a related field, who will collaborate with your team and a wider cohort, developing your expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment. You’ll be part of a small but close‑knit team of geo professionals based in a multidisciplinary office, part of a national ground engineering team. You’ll deliver ground investigations, support environmental impact assessments, assess foundations, slope stability and earthworks, create ground models, conduct contaminated land risk assessments, develop remediation strategies, monitor fieldworks, design and report on foundations, retaining walls, soil slope stability, earthworks, rock slope stabilization, and utilising numerical analysis software while collaborating with other technical experts on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Analyse geological, geo‑environmental, and geotechnical data;
* Deliver ground investigations and support environmental impact assessments;
* Assist in assessing foundations, slope stability, and earthworks;
* Contribute to contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategy development;
* Monitor fieldworks and design and report on foundations, retaining walls, soil slope stability, earthworks, and rock slope stabilization;
* Utilise numerical analysis software and collaborate with senior staff on multidisciplinary design projects.

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support.
