Highlights
* Base Salary of £35,000 - £38,000 based on experience.
* 40 hours per week.
* Full time, permanent position.
* Daytime Hours Only, 5 days out of 7 (weekends included, rotated fairly).
* Usual shift time 8am - 4:30pm.
* 28 days paid annual leave.
* CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Half days on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
* Private medical healthcare worth over £2,000 annually, with some factors extending to immediate family.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
* Comfortable with all KM/HC responsibilities such as Stocks, H&S compliance, Rotas, Team Management etc.
* Open to considering a strong Sous Chef or a current Head Chef/ KM looking for a new opportunity.
