The Role
At Toolden, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure every customer's journey with Toolden is smooth, professional, and memorable.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact between Toolden and our customers — answering queries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries.
* Manage and track customer requests using
Zendesk
and other support tools.
* Work with our ERP and CMS systems to process orders, update product information, and resolve service issues.
* Use Excel to manage data, track performance, and prepare customer-related reports.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
* Proven customer service experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
* Comfortable working with systems such as
Zendesk
, ERP platforms, and CMS tools.
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data management).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
