I’m partnering with a rapidly scaling online retailer in the B2C and marketplace space. They entered Amazon only last year. They’re now at a run rate of £20m, expanding into Europe, and need someone who genuinely knows how to trade… not just sit behind dashboards.
This is perfect for someone who wants ownership, pace, and the chance to put their stamp on a high-growth operation.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing and optimising 20,000+ live listings
• Running and refining Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products
• Building commercial pricing strategies using repricing tools
• Improving visibility, conversion and margin
• Managing stock levels across SWA and FBA
• Playing a key role in the European Amazon launch
• Working closely with a small, entrepreneurial team where everyone rolls up their sleeves
What they’re looking for
• Someone who has traded Amazon hands-on, ideally UK and EU
• Experience managing large catalogues (10k+ SKUs)
• Strong commercial instincts
• Analytical, tenacious, curious
• Comfortable in a “scale-up within a bigger group” environment
• A doer, not a delegator
Salary & setup
• £50–60k + bonus
• Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
• Office based in Normanton (near Wakefield)
• Flexible for strong candidates who live further afield
