Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:
8. Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
9. Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
10. You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day
11. Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs
12. You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:
13. Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
14. Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
15. Motivated to be successful
16. Always doing the right thing by the customer
17. Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
18. CeMap qualified or Equivalent or willing to train towards holding the qualification
19. Full UK Driving Licence
