Divisional Manager at CMA Recruitment Group (Southampton). Recruiting finance professionals on the South Coast.
Are you ready to take ownership in a fast-paced finance team and make a real impact? We’re working with a forward-thinking and inclusive business based in Southampton, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounts Assistant.

What will the Payroll / Accounts Assistant role involve?
* Support monthly UK and international payroll processing.
* Maintain payroll records and reconcile accounts.
* Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
* Liaise with employees to resolve queries promptly.
* Prepare and post month-end journals (payroll, accruals, recharges).
* Raise and post intercompany invoices.
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll / Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
* Proactive, team-focused, and keen to learn.
