JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:
As a Partner Operations Consultant at Kainos, you’ll manage the administration associated with our strategic partnerships.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing Partner Portal Administration: overseeing partner portal activities, coordinating partner renewals (Microsoft MPN / AWS APN), and maintaining contracts and T&Cs.
* Managing programs and competencies: monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating attainment and renewal of competencies, advanced programs, and arranging audits.
* Monitoring cloud consumption to ensure Kainos is recognized as the partner driving usage.
* Recording training attainments and certifications, supporting the partner team in tracking targets.
* Managing partner funding: administration and maintaining educational materials for Kainos staff.
* Reselling partner products to customers, including invoicing.
* Collaborating with the Partner and Business Development teams to maintain Partner marketplace offerings.
* Maintaining partner sales lead management reflecting Kainos’ pipeline.
* Supporting partner marketing programs and facilitating access for Kainos teams.
* Supporting technology leads in interactions with Microsoft technology teams.
* Maintaining up-to-date org charts of Microsoft and AWS contacts.
* Assisting in the administration of subcontracting to partners.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
* Willingness to learn about Partner and Kainos processes and structures.
* Broad understanding of Kainos and partner technology propositions.
* Effective administrative skills.
* Understanding of commercial processes and ability to support positive outcomes.
* Effective communication with stakeholders.
* Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
DESIRABLE:
* Experience working with partners in projects, marketing, or IT.
* Experience with Kainos systems.
* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
