Summary Do you have experience of providing technical project management expertise, on a complex technology change project? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading wealth management organisation, in delivering their regulatory and business-critical technology change initiatives ensuring customer-centric quality delivery, on time and to budget. The project needs a consultant who can: deliver complex customer-centric projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across business units, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery. Ideally have experience within Financial Services or highly regulated environments. Key services: The key services that you will be asked to provide are: Define and produce project plans, governance structures, budgets, and resourcing models. Lead Change projects, coordinating internal resources and third-party teams. Monitor project performance, risks, KPIs, and take corrective actions where required. Coach, develop, and mentor project team members. Ensure project delivery is customer-centric, reliable, secure, and accessible. Support continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across the programme. Mandatory Requirements: Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate: Proven project management experience in Financial Services and large-scale technology programmes. Relevant project management qualification (APMQ, MSP, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Agile and IT delivery lifecycles. Effective collaboration and strong stakeholder management (including third-party vendors and virtual teams), influencing, and leadership skills. Excellent and clear communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Optional Requirements: It will also be advantageous if you have: Familiarity with customer-centric change principles. Experience of regulatory or compliance-related technology projects.
