THE ROLE:
This role involves managing and progressing legal cases within the region while representing members in a variety of legal and regulatory settings. The successful locum will advocate for members in employment tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and proceedings before regulatory bodies. In addition to casework, the role includes providing legal advice to colleagues, supporting professionals with legal issues, and contributing to training and guidance.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with over two years’ PQE in employment law, experienced in managing casework and supporting training initiatives. You will have strong analytical with excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills. The appointed solicitor will produce clear legal documentation and explain complex issues effectively to colleagues and members, with additional experience in related areas such as personal injury claims.
