The role: Possible start date: ASAP Monday to Friday - Shifts TBC Total working hours: 40 What you will do in your working day: As an IT Apprentice, your main/immediate responsibility will include: Providing 1st line technical support for telephone and email requests from users Offering application support to ensure users are leveraging cloud systems to their fullest potential Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating or resolving them as required Maintaining and documenting the registration system Managing user requests for software downloads or installations Maintaining existing systems and troubleshooting performance issues The training you will receive: ICT Level 3 qualification All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English & maths if required Things to consider: On-the-job training and mentorship.
