About Us: GenderGP are transforming the gender non-conforming (GNC) sector with informatics. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and experiences to our GNC customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking TWO passionate and dynamic Full Stack Engineers to join our forward-thinking team.
What You'll Do: We’re building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to drive the development of GenderGP’s technology suite, including web applications, data analytics platforms, AI tools, and internal systems. We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who is passionate about working across the technology stack – from exciting and engaging user experiences through to data processing and integrations..
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our existing engineering team and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
* Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (using frameworks, such as Flask)
* Build and improve modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript (using industry-standard frameworks and libraries, such as React)
* Help define and implement best practices for reusable code, modular architecture, and streamlined deployment
* Contribute to front-end tech stack standardisation and UX consistency
* Support integration between AI, data processing, and user-facing components
Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
* Experience with Flask or similar server-side frameworks
* Solid front-end skills with React (or similar modern JS libraries)
* Comfortable working with (and developing) REST APIs, MongoDB, and familiarity with deploying software to the cloud
* Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable deployment strategies
* Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Experience working in cross-functional teams with product, design, and data stakeholders
