Learning and Development Co-ordinatorWe are seeking a Learning and Development Co-Ordinator to join a large business based near Solihull in Birmingham! This is offering between 28-32k a year dependant on experience, hybrid and perm position.Key responsibilities: •Coordinate logistics and scheduling for learning programmes, with a focus on management development •Communicate with participants and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery •Support and co-deliver internal workshops where needed •Track timelines, budgets, and documentation across all programme activities •Liaise with vendors and internal teams to support effective rollouts •Gather feedback and data to evaluate programme impact and support improvements •Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records •Build strong relationships with participants, managers, and external partners •Act as the main contact for programme-related queriesExperience: Previous experience in learning and development or equivalent is required for this role, ideally within a professional service or corporate environment.
