We are recruiting for a Senior florist, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Permanent, part-time position.
This role is suited to a confident florist with strong technical skills and extensive experience in
weddings and events. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality floral work that aligns
with the studio's aesthetic, while working efficiently within agreed budgets and supporting
smooth studio operations.
Overview of Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality floral designs to a consistently premium standard, working confidently to briefs, budgets and pricing structures
Support the preparation and delivery of weddings and events, both in-studio and on site, including set-ups and breakdowns during busy periods
Contribute to flower ordering and stock planning by creating accurate flower lists, supporting efficient use of materials, and reducing waste
Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Support and collaborate with the wider studio team, offering guidance to junior florists when required
Plan and deliver seasonal floristry workshops in the studio
Demonstrate a strong understanding of sustainable floristry practices and environmentally responsible working methods
Be flexible and available during key seasonal periods and peak event times, including occasional out-of-hours work

Additional Information
Essential:
Minimum 5 years' professional floristry experience
Strong experience in weddings and events
Confident with large-scale installations
Excellent technical floristry skills and confident construction methods
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Ability to work to budgets and pricing structures without compromising quality
Full UK driving licence required, due to the nature of event and wedding work
Desirable:
Experience in a luxury or design-led floral studio
