About the Role: This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting people and getting involved in their community. As a Regional Fundraiser, youll champion Ty Hafan at local events, talks and activities, build strong relationships with supporters, and encourage continued involvement in our work. Youll play a key part in growing awareness and income across the regionmaking every interaction count for the families we support. About you: We are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated and ready to get stuck into community fundraising across South Wales. Youll be happy working on your own when needed, but also enjoy being part of a team. Youll have a positive attitude, plenty of fresh ideas, and the confidence to chat to all kinds of supporters, from local groups to volunteers and schools. Youll work closely with the senior regional fundraisers while also looking after your own supporters, so any background in customer service, fundraising or similar people-focused roles will really help. This role is field based with the expectation that you will travel across South Wales to support team members and key supporters, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Youll need to be flexible, as some evenings and weekends will be part of the role to fit around the needs of our supporters.
