This role is all about making people feel welcome, keeping things running smoothly, and helping create a positive, professional environment.
Working in beautiful surroundings on the outside of Exeter close to good transport links, offering free parking and company benefits on site, you will be organised, client focused & can by dynamic and flexible to manage day to day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Greeting tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
* Managing service offices & coordinating any issues for the maintenance team
* Managing post & distributing to several offices
* building relationships with residents & organising office moves
* Keeping communal areas, meeting rooms, and kitchens tidy
* Coordinating room bookings and maintaining schedules
* Carrying out weekly fire alarm tests for different facilities
* Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting smooth building operations
What We’re Looking For:
* A welcoming, approachable personality with a passion for great service
* Must have a customer service background and worked in front-of-house roles
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
* Good Administration and computer skills
* reliable and a good communication, outgoing approach
* A hands-on team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
