We are supporting a confidential client with the urgent appointment of an Interim Change Manager to join their People function on an initial three-month contract, with scope to extend or evolve as the business continues through a period of significant change.
It is a hands-on delivery role, suited to someone comfortable operating at pace, providing clear guidance and confidently executing complex change programmes.
Key focus areas:
* Leading and delivering the People workstream across multiple change initiatives
* Planning and executing restructures and organisational redesigns
* Managing end-to-end redundancy processes, including consultation, selection, communications and documentation
* Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment and legal compliance
About you:
* Strong background in HR business partnering, employment law or change management
* Proven experience managing complex change programmes end-to-end
* Calm, credible and confident operating under pressure
* Able to hit the ground running and “get the job done”
The role is initially a 3-month contract, with potential to evolve into a permanent change/ER leadership position.
