* Scottish or UK Qualified Solicitor (4+ PQE)
* Strong background and passion for Employment law
* Experience advising on a mix of advisory, contentious and transactional matters
* Exposure to corporate support work and/or international clients (desirable)
* Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Ambitious and motivated to progress towards senior leadership
