Hours: Flexible bank / zero-hour contracts – ideal alongside other nanny positions Pay: £15.50 - £16.50ph About the Role Freedom Care are recruiting experienced Nannies to provide holiday and sickness cover for other nannies, working with a variety of families in their own homes. This role is perfect for childcare workers, seeking flexible, additional work to fit around existing commitments. We welcome applicants who are already Ofsted registered, or those who are willing to become Ofsted registered, with guidance and support provided. Key Duties Provide safe, nurturing, high-quality childcare in the family home Maintain established routines during short-term cover Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs Plan age-appropriate play and activities Communicate effectively with families and the Freedom Care team Follow safeguarding policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Childcare / Early Years / Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Previous nanny or childcare experience Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development. A strong understanding of Safeguarding Reliable, warm, and adaptable Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) To have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
