* Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Celebrating successes along the way.
* Inspiring your team to feel valued and involved in making the store the best it can be.
* Managing the store KPI report, Costa Check, and Listen and Learn, then identifying trends and opportunities to grow your business.
* Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
* Owning the health and safety within the store.

Sim Trava was founded in 2005 by Simon and Tracy Vardy in Altrincham. Our first store opened on October 17th in Northwich, Cheshire. We aimed to open 5 stores in 5 years, but achieved this ahead of schedule, reaching 10 stores by 2010 in the Cheshire/Manchester area.
In 2021, we celebrated our 40th store opening in Fallowfield, Manchester. We then acquired 17 stores across Preston, Blackpool, and Southport, bringing our total to 57 stores.
